In early 2023 the board determined that the 'way ahead' was to terminate operations. This process has been confirmed and a separate letter is being prepared for cra to terminate charitable status. Meanwhile some operations have continued on a much-reduced scale. Focus was on maintaining a few donations and finalizing transfers to agents identified in schedule 2 of this return.
