The charity currently exists to meet discovery obligations pertaining to a lawsuit filed against it in june 2015. The charity settled out of court but must provide access to files and other evidence to the legal counsel of the non-settling defendants. There is a mandate passed as a resolution at the convention held in june 2022 to shut the charity down once the lawsuit has been resolved by those still engaged in it.
