Le camps n'a aucun employé rémunère; tous le monitrices/moniteurs et responsables sont bénévoles. Les monitrices/moniteurs sont majoritairement des élèves ou ancien(e)s du collège jean-de-brébeuf à montréal. Certain(e)s ancien(e)s campeuses/campeurs deviennent aussi monitrices/moniteurs. Le camp se tient sur un terrain qui appartient à la fondation georges o'donoughue.
