Calgary Youth Justice Committees (CYJC): A restorative justice alternative for youth facing minor offenses. Volunteer-led committees work with young offenders and their families to design meaningful community-based consequences emphasizing accountability and growth. In the Lead (ITL): A strength-based leadership development program for youth who may not naturally see their leadership potential. Participants work one-on-one with adult volunteer coaches to build self-awareness resilience and leadership skills.
