The society meets every wednesday from september to june to provide cultural educational and recreational activities to its senior members. Some of the regular activities include tai-chi chair exercise classes youga for seniors odori and line dance classes japanese and english lessons cooking demonstrations health monitoring craft and outings to various venues of interest to seniors. On request members demonstrate japanese culture at schools and other community events. Colunteers also visit and deliver flowers and food baskets to shut-in members.
