To humanely reduce the overpopulation of unowned free roaming cats by managing community based TNR (trap neuter return) programs in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. CA-R-MA's efforts are entirely volunteer based. We aim to reduce the burden on local animal shelters that are forced to euthanize hundreds of cats every year and reduce the unnecessary suffering of unowned and unwanted free roaming cats.
