On sunday afternoons carts outreach has brought sandwiches fruit socks personal hygene items treats and seasonal hot or cold beverages to distribute to those in need especially the homeless and marginally housed. However during the past year we have been unable to conduct this ministry because covid 19 restrictions shut down the venue where we were able to distribute supplies. Carts outreach was moved from victoria to duncan-cowichan area.
