The hospice provides care for individuals who wish to spend their last days in a home-like environment. As part of our strategic plan carpenter hospice identified community engagement and programs and service expansion as key strategic directions. Intending to support these key strategic directions carpenter hospice has been working towards developing services and programs to enhance palliative care in the burlington community.
