The Society holds monthly meetings in personal and virtually and educational workshops to promote the study of genealogy. The BCGS Library Centre is open to members and the public three days a week. The Society compiles transcribes and publishes historical information by British Columbia members of the Society. The Society promotes the Study of Genealogy and the preservation of records.
