Opened january of 2014 providing high quality early learning and child care to the university of waterloo faculty staff students and the surrounding region. Bright starts celc has a licensed capacity to care for 160 children aged 3 months - 5 years with an additional 26 spaces for junior/senior kindergarten children during school breaks and p.d. Days.
