To set aside and keep invested all of the residue of the estate as a Scholarship Fund to be known as the Brian Dickie Scholarship Fund. The Scholarships are to be awarded to students of the Eastern Shore District High School. The Scholarships are to be awarded annually by a Scholarship selection committee consisting of the Principal of the School a member of the School Board and a member of the teaching staff.
