Spiritual development through the practice of raja yoga meditation by the design and facilitation of free programs courses and workshops. In accordance with raja yoga meditation provision of information and individual support to advance living a spiritual lifestyle. Administration and support for individuals to attend local and international spiritual retreats both in-person and on-line. All programs are free of charge and designed and facilitated by volunteers. There are no paid staff.
