Individual and group rajyoga meditation foundation courses spiritual retreats celebration of all festivals of india. Every third sunday of the month world meditation hour long with shanti cafe monthly retreats for new students retreats for communities. During this year we also extended our services in other parts of the city like mississauga brampton and scarborough burlington ottawa.
