Its funding that year was roughly 98% from government. Government funding is the majority of its budget. In 2021, 1 other registered charity reported granting it a combined $28.

Revenue has grown substantially over its filings on record here, from $11K in 2020 to $17K in 2024. Its filed list of directors and trustees shows 4 names.

In its own words

We hire young workers in co-ordination with the association volunteers to carry out organized tours of the bleak house during the tourist season. The association also provides tours of four other museums in the community of fogo. In 2024 we organized an old fashioned garden party and card party which we plan on making an annual event. Our association strives to maintain the historical and cultural aspects of our community.
