Promote growth and development of children by providing the opportunity for one-to-one friendships with adults. Traditional matches are one child to one adult in a weekly meeting setting. Occasional big bunch program takes children from waiting list to an event arranged by bbbs peterborough. The in-school-mentoring program matches an adult and a child for one hour a week in-schools. The go-girls program matches a young female adult with a small group of 5-8 senior female elementary school students in a school setting to provide 'healthy-body-healthy-mind' programming over a ten week period.
