Fulfilling the society's stated purpose:to identify research preserve exhibit interpret and publicise information items and buildings that document the founding settlement and development of river inhabitants and area. 1-maintain and interpret former united church building in cleveland now known as the cleveland heritage church museum; 2-collect genealogies and local histories; 3-inventory and record artifacts in area; 4-guide historical tours of river inhabitants area.
