Le beam a maintenu son programme de location d'équipements et de salles qui contribue à la mission de l'organisme en mettant à disposition des infrastructures culturelles pour des événements artistiques et communautaires. Malgré la perte de deux locataires fixes en 2024 l'organisme a su adapter son offre en favorisant les locations temporaires permettant ainsi une utilisation plus flexible des locaux et une meilleure accessibilité pour divers groupes. Ce programme soutient l'objectif de dynamiser la vie culturelle régionale.
