Atlantic Wellness provides free mental health counselling to youth ages 12-21 in our community. We offer one on one counselling wrap around support a mental health clinic bilingual services outreach therapy wherein we have a therapist who provides service offsite in other organizations and we offer psycho education such as workshops and presentations to schools primarily.
