Due to Covid-19 restrictions starting in March 2020 we were not able to put on any programs or raise money to support the community theatre in Athabasca. We provided two scholarships for youth to attend a Theatre Athabasca workshop in Athabasca in July 2022. The payment was made after the end of our 2021-22 fiscal year end so it is not included in this year's financial information. We continue to work with the Athabasca Mulitplex Society to determine needed improvements to the local community theatre (Nancy Appleby Theatre) and undertake fundraising activities in the future to help pay fo…
