Our recreation council continues to maintain a community hall and a groomed park which includes a playground multi purpose court picnic facilities and boat launch. We have volunter 15 directors who carry out community activities and the upkeep of these facilities with the help of community members fund raising & grants from federal and provincial governments. Community events such as weddings/showers family reunions funeral receptions and elections sponsored by the council.
