The rescue care adoption of stray abandoned and relingquished cats and kittens including the provision of all necessary medical treatments vaccines the spray and neuter of mature cats as well as safe housing for the animals. The processing of the animal adoptions considerable investment in teh operation of the spay/neuter program for feral cats in an effort to control the feral cat population. Education the public in regards to the significance of controlling the cat population via spraying/neutering and responsible pet ownership.
