The living active webinar program is a quarterly series focusing on the importance of regular physical activity and ways to improve health and fitness. This program is a process of knowledge translation enabling actions or behaviours to improve health and fitness levels. Presented by scholar-practitioners in the health and kinesiology fields the program targets health-related service providers and physical health educators and community organizations who support physically active initiatives.
