We provide support and education to caregivers and persons with Alzheimer disease and other dementias both in person via email and telephone. We provide weekly 8 different support groups for individuals with dementia as well as 10 support groups throughout Leeds and Grenville for family friends and neighbours. We provide education to the general public in schools health facilities such as LTC and Hospital to service and social groups and to other health care providers.
