To help these adults to live as independently as possiblt by providing housing support and rehabilitation programs. To develop affordable community apartments- single units for adults living with a mental illness. To provide a therpeutic environment with counselling and out-reach programs. To create a close partnership with the rcmp to decrease and prevent crisis.
