In its own words

The charity's objective is the preservation and restoration of the last crib-style grain elevator in Alberta located in the City of Leduc. The charity hosts events throughout the year providing the means for the society to run its community based programs. On-site tours and education programs for students in community schools are conducted from the Interpretive Center. Ongoing tasks also include artifacts records management and cataloguing collections of historical items.
