Al purdy a-frame association (the 'organization') was incorporated without share capital as a not-for-profit corporation under the laws of canada on september 27 2012. The objects of the organization are: - to educate and increase to public's understanding and appreciation of canadian poetry and literature; and - to educate and increase to public's understanding of the arts generally by offering courses seminars retreats and workshops relating to writing and to provide performances of an artistic nature.
