The squadron's goals are to develop in youth attributes of leadership citizenship and physical fitness. 1) weekly instruction in citizenship leadership air frames meteorology principles of flight effective speaking physical fitness and preparatory course for gliding and power flight licenses. 2) junior leader camp power and glider flight familiarization and camping exercises 3) participation in tri-service brass & reed band in local parades and regional competition 4) participation in drill sports and effective speaking competitions in eastern ontario.
