Our alzheimer support services consist of day programs for adults with dementia or related diseases in oakville and burlington as well as caregiver support and education. We offer a variety of support programs to the community including friendly visiting programs (including memory visiting and telephone reassurance calls) hospice visiting and bereavement support - all of which depend heavily on the work of volunteers.
