(the 'children's fund') is a charitable organization under the income tax act and its purpose is to enhance the quality of the life for the citizens of the communities served by access communications co-operative limited with special consideration given to those activities directed to benefit children and youth in those communities. The children's fund raises monies from donations fundraising activities and a weekly media tv bingo.
