We have programs including sponsoring a city basketball tournament to encourage youth to make positive choices and to provide an opportunity to build positive perceptions of and relationships with police. The foundation may also assist in purchasing specialty equipment to assist the police department where the department’s budget is insufficient by itself to pay for the equipment.
