Abbotsford association for healthy aging continues to be instrumental in providing social support to seniors who are isolated and may not have family and social connections. Many of our seniors are dealing with health/mobility issues that are difficult to cope with and can lead to isolation. Family and friends caregiver support programs focuses on supporting family and friends who provide unpaid care for older adults living in the community/at home with complex needs.
