The cadet program tailored to youth between the ages of 12 and 19 serves as an avenue to for the cultivation of good citizenship and the nurturing of leadership aptitude. Through a comprehensive approach that integrates classroom learning mentorship physical activity and community involvement the cadet program fosters participents curiosity and enthusiasm in aviation and the aerial domain of the canadian armed forces.
