Protect the environment for the benefit of the public by conserving and restoring salmon ecosystems and habitats through the operation of a salmon hatchery facility on the 4 Mile Creek of the San Juan River System. -Provided guided tours and information on salmon ecosystems and habitats to tourists local volunteers and school groups. -Carried out activities which are incidental and ancillary to the abovementioned charitable purposes. -Provide public involvement with fish feeding of sea pen project.
