Owns and operates a senior citizen apartment building consisting of 115 units all designed specifically to meet the needs of the seniors that reside in them. Parkview place’s main objective is to provide suitable low rental housing for seniors. Through assistance of cmhc and the ministry of housing (administered by the region of durham) they are able to provide subsidy to approx 53% of its residents.
